The access was tight and awkward where it moved to, including a low ledge and then sharp corner at the top of the stairs, but these guys took it completely in their stride and managed. Vicky was amazing and helped us over the phone to ensure that our grand piano would fit into a new flat which we were doing a viewing for. Then when we got the grand and upright moved, the team were incredibly professional and did an amazing job! 5th floor with no lift in a tight block and they managed to get it up no problems (a miracle!). Dean also disassembled and reassembled our upright and was able to fix a few mechanical problems we were having.
